Tuitions and Fees
Payment of program tuition fees is due in full when applying to enroll in any class and enrollment is complete only when confirmed by us.  Class places cannot be held until payment is received.  There is a one time $5.00 administration fee included in the summer pricing. No refunds will be given after the first day of a session. Tuition fees for second and third same session enrollments of the same child will be discounted $30 for Music.

Class Size, Makeups, and Visitors
Our preferred maximum Music class size is twelve students, while we must have a minimum of six to commence or maintain any class. Make-ups for classes missed for any reason are offered as a courtesy and must be made by appointment at least 48 hours in advance with our Enrollments Office which will issue a pass code to enter class.  Make-ups must be done within the session in which the absence occurred and are contingent upon space being available. We reserve the right to limit make-ups to a maximum  of two per student per session in the same session. Please note that we cannot refund tuition fees because of class absences.  Visitors and guests must have an appointment to enter class.

Parent's Responsibilities
Parents and caregivers are fully responsible for the care, safety and behavior of children in their charge.  Fundamentally Music reserves the right to require any child that is held by any teacher or member of our staff to be unwell or causing unreasonable or excessive disruption to be removed from class.  Please do not bring sick children to class.

General

Enrollment or registration for visitation in any class represents agreement to all these “Fundamental Rules”.

If you or a friend with to enroll in any of our classes, please contact our Enrollments Office and ask to try a free class.

 
 

Refund Policy

One week prior to the start of a new session
Full refunds are available with no questions asked one week prior to the beginning of the session.

Later than one week prior to the start of a new session
Refund requests received after the session begins will have a $25 administration fee deducted from your total reimbursement.

Refund requests received after your first class meeting
We will refund tuition for remaining classes minus $25 administration fee and a $30 materials fee. 

No refund requests will be honored after the second week of the session

Siblings 
Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged only one administration fee. 

Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class.  We will refund you for the classes not taken.  Please supply a doctor's note.

Credit Towards Future Session
We do not issue credits towards future sessions
